As I’m sure everyone knows by now, exercise is extremely important to living happy and healthy live. Below we are going to list the top 5 benefits to regular exercise.
A lot of people use exercise as an escape. Whether you had a bad day at work or maybe you have a family issue, exercise is always going to be the consent thing that no one can take away from you. Knowing that you are improving your body and being healthy will take some stress off and make you happier!
All you hear about online or in magazines is how to lose/gain weight the fastest with all these different diets or supplements and even though some of those can help assist you in your goal, exercise is still t very important! Sure you can lose weight just by diet but adding exercise will not only speed up the process but you will add muscle too! And you don’t want to gain weight by just diet because that mainly means you are just adding fat…so if you want to stop being skinny and want to get bigger don’t just eat and eat make sure you exercise!
Obviously regular exercise will make you stronger each week in the gym but it also helps with other daily tasks. If you find yourself always being tired and not motivated to do things and would rather sit and watch TV, regular exercise will definitely help! After about 2 months you will have reduced feelings of fatigue. Your body will adjust to being on your feet and doing those tasks will become easier to do!
Not only will exercise make you visually look better but it will help one the most important parts of your body that no one sees…. your brain! Exercise will get increase your heart rate and therefore increase the blood flow to your brain. Exercise reduces the chance of getting Alzheimer’s and schizophrenia by decreasing the changes in the brain that cause these disorders…. if that wasn’t enough, exercise also can increase the production of hormones that help the growth of brain cells…not bad eh?!
So I’m sure that you know if you workout you will be a bit tired (covered above it actually improves energy)! But it can lead to full nights rest when the time comes to relax. This is caused by the energy that you used earlier in the day plus when you exercise your body temperature rises, when you go to sleep in lowers which helps you sleep! This also can help people who suffer from insomnia sleep longer. Not only does exercise help you gain energy during the day but also lets you get a good well rested sleep at night!
